Ingredients

can
Cannellini beans drained and rinsed

Tbsp
Salty Olive EVOO (We like Fior Fiore)

Tbsp
Lemon Juice
1/2
teaspoon
Lemon zest

cloves
Garlic
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
1/2
teaspoon
freshly ground pepper

Tbsp
fresh rosemary minced
1
pinch
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until combined and the beans are pureed.
If the dip is too thick, add a bit more lemon juice while the processor is running.
Serve with warm crusty bread, or veggies. Use as a spread on a sandwich or as a topping for a grain bowl. The possibilities are endless! ENJOY!
