
Ingredients
- 1 can Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 2 Tbsp Salty Olive EVOO (We like Fior Fiore)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary minced
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until combined and the beans are pureed.
- If the dip is too thick, add a bit more lemon juice while the processor is running.
- Serve with warm crusty bread, or veggies. Use as a spread on a sandwich or as a topping for a grain bowl. The possibilities are endless! ENJOY!
