Franch baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

goat cheese softened (or whipped)

each
fresh figs, sliced thin or dried if not in season

tbsp
Salty Olive Pureevino Strawberry Fruit Vinegar

tbsp
honey
1
fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toast baguette slices on a baking sheet until lightly golden, 8–10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix Strawberry vinegar and honey.
Spread each crostini with goat cheese, top with fig slices, and drizzle with the Strawberry-honey mixture.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on a wooden board with walnuts and prosciutto for a full appetizer spread.
