Strawberry & Fig Crostini

Easy, quick and delicious strawberry fig crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Franch baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened (or whipped)
  • 6 each fresh figs, sliced thin or dried if not in season
  • 2 tbsp Salty Olive Pureevino Strawberry Fruit Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Toast baguette slices on a baking sheet until lightly golden, 8–10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix Strawberry vinegar and honey.
  • Spread each crostini with goat cheese, top with fig slices, and drizzle with the Strawberry-honey mixture.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve on a wooden board with walnuts and prosciutto for a full appetizer spread.
