Salty Olive Roasted Tomato Chutney

Drizzle of Tuscan herb EVOO
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whip goat cheese with a mixer. Spoon into a ziplock bag and snip the corner. This makes filling the shells easier!
Fill mini pastry shells with a teaspoon of goat cheese.
Add a small spoonful of roasted tomato chutney.
Warm in the oven for 6–8 minutes.
Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and top with a pine nut.
