
Roasted Tomato Chutney Goat Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
- 24 Mini Phyllo Cups
- 16 oz goat cheese softened
- 1 jar Salty Olive Roasted Tomato Chutney
- 1 Drizzle of Tuscan herb EVOO
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whip goat cheese with a mixer. Spoon into a ziplock bag and snip the corner. This makes filling the shells easier!
- Fill mini pastry shells with a teaspoon of goat cheese.
- Add a small spoonful of roasted tomato chutney.
- Warm in the oven for 6–8 minutes.
- Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and top with a pine nut.
