Maple Syrup or Honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Olive Oil, Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar, and maple syrup to create a glaze.
Brush the glaze evenly over each salmon fillet. Add a sprig of rosemary or thyme on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly.
