Ingredients

  • 4 each Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Salty Olive Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salty Olive Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Olive Oil, Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar, and maple syrup to create a glaze.
  • Brush the glaze evenly over each salmon fillet. Add a sprig of rosemary or thyme on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly.
