Goat Cheese softened

cream cheese softened

Salty Olive Maple Balsamic Vinegar

Sadly Olive Fior Fiore EVOO

honey or maple syrup - optional for added sweetness

cracked pepper

pecans, roughly chopped and toasted

fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, Maple Balsamic, EVOO, honey, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
In a small skillet over medium heat, toast pecans for 3–4 min, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool slightly.
Spoon the base into a serving bowl. Drizzle with a touch of Maple Balsamic and Fior Fiore EVOO, then top with toasted pecans and herbs.
Serve with crostini, apple slices, or crackers.
