1/4cupSalty Olive Garlic Olive Oil, plus extra for garnish
2Tbsplemon juice
1tspsea salt plus extra for garnish
Instructions
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Reserve 1/3 cup liquid from can
Add Chickpeas to bowl of food processor
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides of the bowl as needed to incorporate everything
If the hummus is too thick, add reserved liquid from the can a couple of teaspoons at a time, then blend. Continue until you have a consistency you prefer
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt
Serve with Pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies - Enjoy!!!
