Lemon Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 19 oz can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup Salty Olive Garlic Olive Oil, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas. Reserve 1/3 cup liquid from can
  • Add Chickpeas to bowl of food processor
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides of the bowl as needed to incorporate everything
  • If the hummus is too thick, add reserved liquid from the can a couple of teaspoons at a time, then blend. Continue until you have a consistency you prefer
  • Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt
  • Serve with Pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies – Enjoy!!!
