
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Franch baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 4 oz goat cheese softened (or whipped)
- 6 each fresh figs, sliced thin or dried if not in season
- 2 tbsp Salty Olive Pureevino Strawberry Fruit Vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toast baguette slices on a baking sheet until lightly golden, 8–10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix Strawberry vinegar and honey.
- Spread each crostini with goat cheese, top with fig slices, and drizzle with the Strawberry-honey mixture.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve on a wooden board with walnuts and prosciutto for a full appetizer spread.
