
Maple Whipped Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz Goat Cheese softened
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp Salty Olive Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sadly Olive Fior Fiore EVOO
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup – optional for added sweetness
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped and toasted
- 1 fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, Maple Balsamic, EVOO, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, toast pecans for 3–4 min, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Spoon the base into a serving bowl. Drizzle with a touch of Maple Balsamic and Fior Fiore EVOO, then top with toasted pecans and herbs.
- Serve with crostini, apple slices, or crackers.
