Roasted Tomato Chutney Goat Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

  • 24 Mini Phyllo Cups
  • 16 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 jar Salty Olive Roasted Tomato Chutney
  • 1 Drizzle of Tuscan herb EVOO

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whip goat cheese with a mixer.  Spoon into a ziplock bag and snip the corner.  This makes filling the shells easier!
  • Fill mini pastry shells with a teaspoon of goat cheese.
  • Add a small spoonful of roasted tomato chutney.
  • Warm in the oven for 6–8 minutes.
  • Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and top with a pine nut.
