
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup Slaty Olive EVOO
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Salty Olive Aged Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, onion and cream cheese. On a serving platter shape into a flat disk about 6 inches in diameter. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic, and mustard. Cook & Stir over med heat until sugar dissolves.Remove from heat and stir in pecans.
- Cool for a bit and then spoon over cheese. Serve with your favorite crackers.
