
Ingredients
- 4 each Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Salty Olive Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Salty Olive Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Olive Oil, Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar, and maple syrup to create a glaze.
- Brush the glaze evenly over each salmon fillet. Add a sprig of rosemary or thyme on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly.
