
Ingredients
- 1 19 oz can Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- 1/4 cup Salty Olive Garlic Olive Oil, plus extra for garnish
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt plus extra for garnish
Instructions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Reserve 1/3 cup liquid from can
- Add Chickpeas to bowl of food processor
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides of the bowl as needed to incorporate everything
- If the hummus is too thick, add reserved liquid from the can a couple of teaspoons at a time, then blend. Continue until you have a consistency you prefer
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt
- Serve with Pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies – Enjoy!!!
