
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Salty Olive Garlic EVOO
- 3 tbsp Salty Olive Mango Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
Instructions
- Place Garlic EVOO in a medium bowl and add, balsamic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Whisk together.4 tsp Salty Olive Garlic EVOO
- Add cooked Shrimp and toss.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve over salad greens, hot pasta or as an appetizer.
