Bourbon Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp Salty Olive Garlic EVOO
  • 3 tbsp Slaty Olive Bourbon Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with Garlic Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet.
  • Roast 20 minutes until golden and tender.
  • Drizzle Bourbon Balsamic and honey over sprouts, return to oven for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the sweet-savory glaze.
  • Perfect Pairing: Try with roasted chicken or as a side for steak.
