Ingredients
- 24 mini phyllo cups (frozen)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier
- Rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place phyllo cups onto a large serving platter and let them thaw while you prepare the filling.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Fill phyllo cups with ricotta cream cheese mixture and dollop ½ teaspoon of Cranberry Relish on top. Place small rosemary sprigs on top of each cup, if using. Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
