
Ingredients
- 6 oz jar roasted red peppers drained and patted dry
- 1/2 tsp roasted chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbsp Salty Olive EVOO – Fior Fiore
- 8 oz Feta Cheese brick
- 1 assorted crackers, veggies
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the red peppers, garlic, chili powder. Pulse until it is chopped and mostly combined. Add the feta breaking the block into smaller pieces to add to the bowl. Pulse again incorporating the feta. Mixture should be chunky.
- Pop in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dippers, crackers, veggies. Enjoy!
