Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp Salty Olive Garlic EVOO
- 3 tbsp Slaty Olive Bourbon Balsamic
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with Garlic Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet.
- Roast 20 minutes until golden and tender.
- Drizzle Bourbon Balsamic and honey over sprouts, return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy the sweet-savory glaze.
